Realize Integrity Partners helps older adults and their families in greater Indianapolis stay organized, protected, and confidently independent — managing the money with the same care we would give our own family.
What we do
Whether a family needs steady day-to-day help now or court-appointed management down the road, the work rests on the same foundation: meticulous organization, clear reporting, and trust earned through consistency.
Hands-on help for older adults and busy families who need the everyday finances handled well — without giving up control.
Dependable, court-accountable stewardship when someone can no longer manage their own financial affairs.
Who you're working with
I'm Aaron Jordan, founder of Realize Integrity Partners. For fifteen years I managed multi-million dollar client relationships in corporate account management — with full accountability for budgets, reporting, and the careful stewardship of other people's money.
I started this practice because so many older adults, especially those without family nearby, quietly struggle with bills, paperwork, and financial decisions — and because the right help brings real peace of mind, both to them and to the children who worry about them.
The standard I hold myself to is simple: manage every client's money with the same discipline and care I would give my own family. That discipline is personal, too — I've eliminated over $140,000 in personal debt and completed Ramsey's Financial Peace University.

Clients keep control of their own accounts wherever possible. Every action is recorded, and nothing is hidden.
Client funds stay entirely separate from ours — the bright line that protects the people we serve.
Clear monthly summaries mean the whole family can see what's happening, from anywhere.
